A:
What kind of carbon do you use for the rims?
We use Toray T700 & T800, directly import from Japan or Taiwan.
With High-temp resin( 260 degree celsius) & Graphene using for the braking surface, to well anti-heated for long time riding, to increase braking performance and durability.
All rims are made from multiple densities and tensile strengths of carbon for the different structures in the rim.
B: What kind of tests do you do for your rims? UCI? EN? CE? ISO?
Our test is based on ISO4210 standard.
Besides, we are proud of some of our clients getting our rims and wheels passed by UCI.
C: Does your company offer painting and decal service?
Yes, we have the proessional designers for your painting and decal. You only need to send us your idea or
logo design. Logo will be double confirmed with you before mass production. And photos will be offered before shipping, to assure what you customized and what we make are staying same.
D: How about your shipping? And how many days can I get the packages after payment?
About shipping, mostly are shipped by EMS. while TNT, DHL, UPS are available to as choices too.
Besides, we have some spcial express line to Europe, which is very convenient and easy to custom clearance, moreover, in our experience, there is little tax or even no needed, it is very practical and useful to you.
Regarding arriving days, Usually, about 7-8days to US,CA and Western Europe by EMS, about 3-5days to
Europe by TNT,DHL,UPS etc...
Our suggestion in shipping options:
To Asia, CA,US,UK,FR,AU,NZ, by EMS is the most recommendation - with feature of Economy and Fastness.
F: Should we pay the high taxes?
To Euro, via our special express line, in our experience, there is little tax or even no required.
We would like to mark low value for you according to your specific requirement, to avoid high tax.
If you have VAT number, you also can consider to do with VAT methods.
G: How about discount?
We are opening in discount policy.
Discount for wholesale, distributor, trading & import company, bicycle shop, cycling team etc is available...
An attracting discount will be enjoyed as long as you are sincere enough.

Return and Refund Policy
1. XYZ make a careful test and check before every single item is shipping. In case of bad luck that you receive Xyz items in broken or defective quality, would like a return and refund or replacement. Please contact us within 3 working days and show us as much as possible proof, photos, videos etc...
2.Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost which cause by returns or exchange .
3.Refund will be granted after we receive the returned items in original condition.
4.New items or repaired items will be shipped to you as soon as we receive the items for replacement.
J: XYZ Limited Warranty Information
We warrant the most of Xyz products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for 12 months from the original purchase date, the shelf life of some products is three years. Proof of purchase is required to validate warranty period. Please keep your proof of purchase. Items returned for warranty determination without proof of purchase will be returned at customer’s expense. Please note that round-trip freight, VAT/Import duties, payment processing fee and labor are not covered by XYZ. Additional replacement parts are not covered by XYZ. The warranty is non-transferable and valid to the original purchaser of the product only.
This covers any manufacturing default that may become evident during normal riding. We test every product we sell during research and development to ensure that our products are not only durable enough for racing and training but also provide the ultimate in performance.
This warranty does not cover products that are deemed consumable products, such as brake pads, tyres, quick release, valve extenders, tubes, tyre sealant and in most cases - nipples, spokes and hubs.
This Limited Warranty is not transferable and does not apply to:
• Normal wear and tear
• Incorrectly completed repairs
• Incorrect or non-existent maintenance
• Damage or loss caused during transport
• Damage commonly caused by rider error
• Damage from competitions, stunt riding, or for commercial use
• Damage or failure due to accident, crash, corrosion, misuse, abuse
• Riding with incorrect tyre pressure (or pressures outside of the recommended range)
• When the serial number or production code has been deliberately altered, defaced or removed
• Improper assembly, installation or alteration of components, parts or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the wheels as
Please try to provide a damaged product picture or video first to make a warranty claim. We will respond as quickly as we can (usually within a day or two, barring company/national holidays). The more info/pictures you can provide, the easier and faster it will be for us to process the claim, and the sooner you'll be riding again, which is what we both want!
